Due to the high frequency of orders we receive, it's not always possible to make changes to your order after you have placed it.

However, if you email us at help@giftpersonalise.co.uk we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Please understand this isn't always possible which is why we expect our customers to double check their personalisation options.

If we suspect a spelling mistake in your order, we will reach out to you to confirm if this is the case!

Our delivery is, and always will be, quick and efficient.

Our standard delivery is 1-2 working days, with next-day delivery available at an additional surcharge.

We advise all customers to expect a 1-3 working day handling time before dispatch, to provide us with ample time to get your gift perfect first time.

We typically send our orders via Royal Mail, and only in rare instances do we use an alternative courier (an example is if there is planned postal strike action)

Our warehouse is based in the UK & our team personalise all gifts by hand to ensure the highest quality of your unique, personalised gift.

Due to all of our products being custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges.

If you experience an issue with delivery, such as your gift being damaged in transit, we will always strive to make this right with you. All we ask is you contact us as soon as you become aware of this, so we can reduce your overall wait time.

With the above in mind, we always package our products with maximum care and efficiency, and we always expect our customers to be over the moon with their orders.

Due to some of the equipment we use to personalise your gift, we are unable to accept special characters.

We often tell customers, for peace of mind, to use characters which appear on a standard UK keyboard.

We will never produce your gift if we aren't absolutely certain we can do it. This is to prevent disappointment, as customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do!

Whilst the vast majority of our products can be personalised, we offer a small selection of gifts which come 'as-is' - this is to offer a range of gifts to people who aren't quite sure what they want to put on it, and we want to make everybody's life as easy as possible.
